A Real Life Ghost Story

My Daughter and Grandsons moved to Kansas this past Dec. that’s when we found out the big home they rented is haunted. This home has 2 bedroom and living room down stair and the same up stairs. One evening my oldest grandson – which is 6ft tall and football player – was walking down stairs when he was ‘hit’ on the back of his head and fell down the remaining stairs. When he came to – he thought someone must of sneaked into the home and realize Adrian was home. But when Adrian got up – all the doors were locked and windows were locked. So he then realized it was a ghost … Adrian had a good size knot on the back of his head. The electrical would stop working in my youngest grandsons room and in Amy’s room -which is next to Amy’s bedroom. Lights would go off through out the home ,.. the fan on the Air Vent over the stove would come on by it’s self. Amy would be woken weee hours of the morning hearing 2 people talking but it was muffled so could make out the words. …. The weekend I went up there to stay … Amy let me sleep in her room and honestly I had forgotten she told me about the voices. I was woken weee hours of the morning by 2 people talking. I sat up but couldn’t make out what they were saying. It was clear thou there was a woman and a man. Continue reading →

The natural world communicates with us in some startling ways at times… this story is a great example of an extraordinary encounter that probably has some real meaning… only time will tell.

It was a morning that started like any other.  Her Royal Highness Princess Kitty gave the meow for chow, had a nibble, and then sat at the patio door imperiously awaiting its opening.  She selected a deck chair to scope out the ‘hood while I brewed organic java.  This is usually when furface strolls back in, just as I’m savouring my first sip.

But not on this infamous morning.

While I’m making the coffee, a crow lands on my deck railing.  I say to myself, “Wow, that’s one big crow, it’s bigger than my cat!”  Kitty’s at red alert on the deck chair, eyes popping out of her head.  Then a second crow lands beside the first – BUT, it slips on the railing and falls (rather gracelessly) onto my deck.  “Caw!” exclaims the startled crow, with much fluttering of wings and alarmed conversation between the two birds.

Kitty is beside herself.  She’s never seen a close-up of anything larger than a moth. Continue reading →

 Our 20 year-old Midnight died this past January and I was heartbroken. But within 24 hours, his messages began coming through.  First from Laura Simpson, the animal communicator who works with our site.  Laura knew Midnight, had been checking in on him with me for at least 10 years, so I had let her know that he was gone… when she replied, she told me that Midnight was comng back, that he wasn’t finished with us, and we should look for another black cat with a little white hair on its chest in about 9 weeks. The second came the next day from Albert, our house mate.  As soon as he got up that day he came into my office to share a dream with me.  “Midnight isn’t gone you know. I mean, he’s coming back in about 9 weeks. You need to start looking then for another little black kitty.”  I hadn’t told him about Laura’s note…. Continue reading →

In the days since we first began publishing stories of psychic kids, we’ve received some truly remarkable stories from young psychics and their families.  Whether we call these kids indigo, rainbow, crystal or children of the blue ray, they are all gifted and having a shocking effect on us. It soon became obvious that young and old alike are looking for the same thing – affirmation, advice and direction.

We’re born psychic and children are especially open to seeing and hearing the subtle signals and energetic patterns that emanate from other dimensions.  Sadly, we’re conditioned, fearfully taught to ignore spirits and psychic messages, so that as kids are increasingly socialized, they quietly shut down their innate psychic senses.   By the time they’re in their early teens, it’s too scary to deal with any kind of paranormal phenomena, life itself poses enough challenge… So, it’s often not until folks are in their twenties that they begin to actively explore their psychic abilities… at least that’s the way it’s been through most of the last many centuries…  something seems to be shifting now.

I have been feeling a significant increase in the volume of inquiries from psychic kids and the adults around them, but it became obvious when I checked our files for material on psychic kids.  I found all of the letters and responses posted today had come in just in the past few months.  Perhaps it is just that we are learning to be more aware, perhaps it is because our children now have much greater access to information and resources, but it is also that so many of today’s children are far more connected, tuned in and enabled than we were.

I use the word “enabled” as opposed to “gifted” for a good reason. Continue reading →
