There have been two truisms that have kept popping-up for me as I’ve been contemplating the complex and potentially stressful planetary movements in the near future, “Life is always about the journey, never about the destination,” and “Go with the flow.” Even though these “New Age” bumper-sticker mentalities have been around for decades (and millennia) they are truisms because they are true. I dare for anyone to prove they’re not.
In other words, our mission in this life – should we choose to accept it – is to go with the flow and to learn to love watching our journeys unfold. Continue reading →

We are fascinated by our pasts, and our past lives, and so we receive a lot of questions about reincarnation. I thought you would enjoy reading some of the most interesting that we’ve received in recent months.
I like to believe that everyone has a soulmate. Do you reunite with your soulmate in each life and when you go to the other side? Also, do you reunite with your family in each life? It is just sad to think that you reincarnate and then never get to see your mom dad sister grandma etc. again. Or do you go to the other side and realize you have had like 20 different moms? Soul mates do stay in touch and often reincarnate over and over again with each other, but there are times that a break or time out is necessary. Then you will see a “planned” separation. Your soul mate is just that, your soul match. There never really is any separation. By definition of the term, there is only that soul to soul connect. Why Delve Into the Past
Some folks want to know about their past lives so they can change the past…. however, the real value in digging into past lives lies in gaining understanding of the present. I often urge my clients to “stay present”, “stay in the moment”, reminding them that our power is in the present. From the present we have the power to change the past, the present and the future… the trouble is that we too often leave bits of ourselves in the past. I tend to avoid channeling frankly, because I am concerned that opening myself up is in fact dangerous. There are few people who can manage it and remain unaffected by negative entities. My opinion is that if it doesn’t come naturally, I wouldn’t pursue it. My first question would be “Why am I drawn to this method?” … Whatever the answer is, have a deep look at that. Then whatever the answer is … (“I want to become famous, I want to help others, I want to know the future” …) whatever it is, ask “Why is it that I want that?”. Keep drilling down on it. Your guides may be holding you back until you get to the bottom of what’s really driving you. If you are not clear on yourself, you can’t be clear for others.
