What makes us a unique service:

There’s a reason why our Live Reading service is different from others you may find on the web. Although our system may require a few extra steps to redeem your order and connect with the psychic you want for your reading, once your reading has started, you don’t need to worry about being cut off in the middle of a sentence. Although chat and phone readings are timed, it is up to the psychic to close the reading at her/his leisure once you have reached your paid limit. You’re never left hanging (unless the system burps, and in that case, just come back into the room and wait for the psychic to reconnect with you.), there’s always a chance to ask one last question, to clarify your understanding of the reading.

We designed our reading systems for customer service, but also to provide our psychics with a comfortable working environment so they can really connect with you to give you solid answers when you want them. And to be sure you get quality insights and caring responses every time, we carefully screen and test every psychic who works with us… we have kept the business relatively small, so we could consistently deliver accurate insights. We don’t have a big advertising budget, or a team of marketers behinds us -( thus our plea for help at this time as we grow.) Our focus has always been delivering useful answers and insights that empower our visitors and clients to make the most of their options in life.

To follow through on this mission, Global Psychics offers you more reading delivery options than any other psychic service. With our new Live reading service, in addition to the email services and our toll free phone service, you can get a reading within minutes of placing your order, when you choose a Chat or Voice/Phone reading.

NOTES about our Voice/Phone service: A few of you have been understandably confused by the Voice/Phone options and were surprised when we called you back within minutes of placing your order. The Voice/Phone option uses Internet based phone systems like SKYPE.

Many of our psychics are now available through SKYPE so now we also have a new callback option that appears when you redeem your order. SKYPE makes it easy for you to get a voice reading through your computer or your phone, depending on what works best for you.. If you don’t have the service, simply select “callback” and we will call you to do your reading immediately after your order appears in our system, - or to set an appointment to call back later.

The callback option also enables us to offer readings through landline phones to psychics who are not available by SKYPE or on our toll free number. So sometimes you will be requested to call back a psychic on her private number to get your reading. If this is a long-distance call for you, we will show you where you can go on the web to make a free long distance phone call.

Get your answers on-line in our private Chat Room, or use one of our Internet Phone Services for a Voice Reading.

Here’s how:

1) Account Set-Up: If you haven’t already, set up an account here www.globalpsychics.com/account - setting up an account makes it easier for you to connect with the psychic you want quickly and then you can track your orders and payments. Then return place your order. (Note: You will need this account even if you are a member or have set up a billing account within our shopping cart)

2) Place Your Order: Select the type of reading you want, email, Chat, or Voice/Phone, or the amount that you wish to prepay, add it to your shopping cart and proceed to the check out.

3) Redeem Your Order: If you chose email, your reading will come within 24-48 hours. *** If you chose a chat, SKYPE or phone reading, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. The email will include your username and password and any special instructions you may need.) Then you can log in to your account at www.globalpsychics.com/account/ and redeem your Reading. Remember to record your confirmation number! You will need it when you connect with the psychic you have selected for your reading

4) Choose the psychic you want from the list of readers available and follow the instructions to go to the chat room, or to connect with the psychic by phone or SKYPE .

Please note: This is just the beginning - as our beta cycle is ending, new features and functions are being added regularly. A few components, like the Voice/Phone services require some “figuring” and special configuring, so they are not quite fully operational - some automatic processes are still functioning manually… To you, this simply means there may be a small delay and special instructions involved in actually connecting with the psychic. The good news is having to do the soon-to-be-automated process step by step manually means that we are gaining a much deeper understanding of how the system works, which can only benefit all of us.
