The Year 2003, by the Numbers and the Stars
Conflict brings forth cooperation. Revenge begets revenge. Waters are troubled, uncertainty is in the air.

We are witnessing the birth of the Aquarius Age, painful as it may be. Watch as Neptune has its last hurrah through the sign of Aquarius and Uranus sets a similar beat in the sign of Pisces. People are exposing themselves to danger for "the good of others" in explosive events, as they seek freedom through self-sacrifice.
Next you will see Neptune come home to Pisces as Uranus heads through Aries starting the new age. Neptune in Pisces will bring an end to this urge to throw 'virgins' into a volcano, and suicide bombers into midday crowds. It will bring an end to the philosophies that support self-sacrifice. It is when Uranus enters Aries that people will stop dying for a 'cause' and set forth a way to live together in relative peace. 2012 will see new air and a new angle on old ideas. Waiting in the background is the Chinese government taking time and surveying the scene.
2003 - A year of indecision and dissolving alliances; Codependent groups striking out for freedom causing many to be separated from those they love. Projects are put on hold. Creativity and philosophic outlooks are scarce. Spirituality becomes an orphan as the Piscean Age comes to a close.
A bottom is yet to be reached in the stock market, and the "experts" are saying that it could take 15 or more years for the markets to return to its former levels. I believe that the market bottom won't be reached until 2005, a time when no one has any money left. If you have any funds invested in the stock market, consider taking them out before they're all gone. Numerically speaking, 401K's are nothing but hidden trouble. If you want something of value, try gold and silver stocks and coins this year.
The world banking system is on the verge of collapse with Japan and South America straining the IMF's ability to bailout devaluing currencies. A battle royal is going on behind the scenes to control the price of gold and thereby stabilize currencies. The gold pendulum will swing sending the price skyward and fiat currencies down. When you see the price of gold go over $330.00 an ounce and stay there, it will be meltdown time for the big banks. Starting with the major Japanese banks and J. P. Morgan Chase, many large financial institutions may see hard times ahead. The coming fiat monetary collapse will lead us to the issuance of work credits instead of cash. Look for a little plastic card in the future to be issued for us all to use for our monetary needs.
Considering selling a home that has recently gone up in value? You may want to do that early this year. There is likely to be a housing bubble appearing at a neighborhood near you this summer, bringing down that lofty price. "What goes up must come down", as they say.
For those who have a job in the software/computing-related industries, you are likely to have the option of working less or working for less. The rapid growth of the 90's hit by the current economic stagnation is clearly the reason. Over capacity is what they call it. As a whole the economy will remain in a stall. Growth employment areas are in the Pharmaceutical industry and Military and Health Care vocations.
The Arab/Muslim world is slowly solidifying into an "us versus them" attitude. Suicide bombers are likely to continue as Neptune transits Aquarius. By bringing war to the Middle Eastern oil fields, U.S. foreign policy will mistakenly lead us away from the era of fossil fuel. The war should start in late 2003, causing oil to be in short supply. Fuel cell energy, nuclear energy and bicycles of all types are headed for a new horizon as cost cutting and clean air become more important.
A high profile divorce or two may make it to the headlines providing us all with a break from the usual press stories of drought, preparation for war and gold prices. Movies about those seeking freedom will be popular.
The Saudi Royal Family will face a tough year ahead as Muslim extremist attack the underpinnings of their Arab society. The ruling family could face expulsion or worse. A close reign is held over information that comes out of Saudi Arabia, so the troubles may come as a surprise to the rest of the world. As stated before, the House of Saud may fall as Pluto passes for the last time 17 degrees of Sagittarius.
The Last Train Whistle
I've often wondered what it may have been like to be in a country that was over taken by an extremist political wave, leaving a significant percentage of the population in need of another place to call home. What was it like, so many times before, when mankind recklessly removed that delicate veneer we call society? What was it like when the last train left Paris before the German war machine moved in? Was there a different sound to the train whistle, and did the people onboard know the personal impact their passage would have? What would the last train whistle sound like if you stood near, knowing the significance? Could you hear the difference?
If you heard on the radio that day in '63 that President Kennedy was to visit Dallas, Texas, do you think that radio voice would have had a different tone? One that, like a dog whistle is "under the radar"?
There must be some relevance between the coming events and the world that surrounds us, some unseen unheard correlation. There must be a way to tune to that " wave length" / "Vibration". I believe it is in the backside of our conscience that we are aware of the eminent, the trick is to bring it to the fore, or is it?
Is it a new frontier or an aberration of reality? Is it knowledge or madness?
Piercing the Veil of the future.
Surely there must be a scientific explanation, some measuring devise not yet created, that will serve to explain the unseen. As in the past the unknown has been revealed only when the instruments were available to demonstrate its validity. Gravity has always been here, certainly long before it was "discovered". DNA has always been a part of our world. Yet recently it was "discovered".
The Politics
Below are open-ended notes focusing on three major concerns and the results of the Geo. W. Bush presidency in 2003 and beyond.
1.His first focus is this. An economic downshift and a battle for the financial solvency of some major banks, mutual funds and personal holdings. With the economy in a stall approaching a tailspin Bush will witness troubling bubble busting times. Like the Captain on the Titanic he will do little to save those in steerage, for there are not even enough financial lifeboats for all the first class. Federal Reserve Chairman Dr. Alan Greenspan will most likely raise interest rates in the spring to early summer of 2003 and soon afterwards retire.
Sometime around his 3rd year of office, to revive the economy, Bush will put forth the introduction of a "China Initiative " or " Indo-Pacific Conference ". This in reality is a transfer of industrial/technical power to the Chinese military/monetary machine. It will be introduced as "The" way out of a recession that is on it's way to a depression. This shortsighted fix is just the thing to set China on the road towards global domination.
2. High on the agenda is to create a reason for a build-up of the military. By his 4th year of office he will have had time to create enough alliances to engage in a substantial military operation. It will serve two purposes, one of which will be to be re-elected. The idea being is that 'the country will be less willing to change presidents in a time of military engagement'. Another strategy is to scramble the petro-political world in an attempt to create the "New World Order" introduced by his father George Sr. years earlier.
Massive new military contracts for Star Wars technology and more are at the Bush forefront. A battle stance against Iraq's Hussein and worldwide 'war hype' will be necessary to complete his militaristic goals.
We are beginning to see a government with a siege mentality and the structures to prove it, accompanied by the buildup of a 'more' remotely activated/clandestine military and an internal counterpart that will be set loose on the domestic front. (Made possible by freedom starving legislation made in the name of "National Security"). Security at the price of freedom. The result of this current administration will be one of reducing freedom and prosperity in the U.S.A. to the standard seen in the 3rd world.
3. George Jr. will be known as the incarcerating President as the U.S. prison population swells to all time records. More laws with longer sentences to fill corporate prisons. Numerically he is our 43rd President. The # 43 represents incarceration and lung problems among other things. He is sure to carry out these vibrations, leaving behind a legacy of foul air resulting in respiratory problems and millions of Americans behind bars mostly serving time for victimless crimes. This legacy will endure for two generations.
The United States is a country in transition, like the preverbal pendulum that sways too far in one direction only to correct itself in due time and accordance.
The 44th President of the United States will be known as a World Leader, with a "Down to Earth" approach.
The Vision Beyond 2003
I look out my window. It's so quiet now. Everything is at a crawl. What were the fast and furious 90's have become the colorless, quieting, stagnant 21st century. This is the real beginning of the Aquarian Age, an age that will take a thousand years to become, and another thousand years to mature.
Under a flag with seven stripes of blue & white, 7 of 10 will find themselves as an alliance to stave off the inevitable. The playing field leveled the 3rd world at your door, a new prospective for planetary co-habitation can be adopted. Witness the brief rise of the "Corporate Country". Work credits instead of cash.
Early commerce was based on the trade of goods and services that pertained mostly to the continuing of daily routines. Mass production brought about the current proliferation of goods available. Along with mass production we have mass employment which has been seen as a good thing versus the alternative. A demand for constant employment demands constant consumption. Life's preservation will eventually win out bringing about a new perspective as to the work ethic, focused around acquiring knowledge and self-expression development in place of traditional riches such as coins.
The Asian forces will settle Bush's New World order before it's through. Divided we fall. But rise and fall are all in the course of "Normal" events.
Seed left behind made fertile by reason will slowly transform the hardened course.
Secrets cease and the air is clear.
Self with expression develop.
Winters are cold, but not as cold as the governmental attitude.
